Allan McNish is intent on playing a leading role for Audi in Belgium on Sunday (9 May) when the German manufacturer undertakes a full “dress rehearsal” in preparation for next month’s Le Mans 24 Hours.
McNish is joined by all eight of his fellow Le Mans drivers who will drive the latest “factory” Audi R15 TDI “plus” sports-prototypes in a 1,000km race at Spa-Francorchamps – five weeks before the Audi Sport team head for Le Mans bidding to score a ninth victory since its 1999 début. Read More »
With six weeks to go before the 2010 Le Mans 24 Hours, Team Peugeot Total is putting the finishing touches to its preparations which started the moment the flag came down on last year’s race. Following the announcement by the Automobile Club de l’Ouest, the governing body of the Le Mans 24 Hour race, Peugeot has confirmed it will enter its 908 HDi FAP cars into the 1,000 km of Silverstone, in September.
