The Colin McRae Rally Drivers Ball – organised by Rallying with Group B and coinciding with Race Retro 2011 on Saturday 26 February – will be held at the Chesford Grange Hotel Leamington Spa.
The event will be promoted in association with the Colin McRae Vision charity.

Rallying with Group B have been entrusted with providing all the cars for the live stage at Race Retro 2011. The entry is now officially full, with 38 fantastic cars!
As a registered MSA motor club, Rallying with Group B will be working closer than ever with marshals and organisers to ensure a well-run stage, with minimal hanging around and maximum opportunity to safely display our cars while also socialising with fellow drivers and teams.
Rallying with Group B have their own onsite hospitality and, of course, their Party on the Saturday evening allows them to offer something special for wives, partners, families, sponsors and friends.
As this is a hotel-based party, with several families planning to bring children, the organisers are happy to encourage children to enjoy the party and can offer a children’s menu.
Discounted hotel accommodation for is available for both Race Retro and the Ball. A superb deal has been agreed at the fabulous, four-star Chesford Grange Hotel for the duration of the show. The normal rate is £140 to £190, but if you book asking for Rallying with Group B or Race Retro, you will be offered single rooms from £69 and twin/double rooms from £84, including breakfast.
Room upgrades are available: the hotel offers high-quality contemporary rooms with twin double beds for just £20 extra per room (these make stunning family rooms!). To get this deal you must telephone central reservations on 08450 740060 and quote Race Retro Rallying with Group B.
Ball Tickets (Rallying with Group B subsidised)
A table of ten guests cost is £600+VAT, but members of Rallying with Group B will receive up to four tickets per member at a subsidised price of just £35 each.
ABOUT THE BALL
Although many men prefer to dress in black tie and ladies in cocktail dresses or ball gowns, this is not a formal event; everyone is welcome and we all understand that many people will be working at the show and may therefore be wearing team clothing. The only compulsory requirement is that all guests have fun and enjoy the atmosphere. The live entertainment will include band, disco, charity auction, fun presentations and live video from the days rallying played on a large screen.
