Audi R8 LMS faces stiff competition at Spa

- 13 brands at 24-hour race in Belgium
- Audi Sport Teams Phoenix and WRT field four factory cars

Premiere in the Belgian Ardennes: the GT3 class is the top tier for the first time at the 63rd running of the 24-hour race at Spa- Francorchamps. Audi uses the opportunity to send four factory backed R8 LMS into the battle for overall victory on July 30/31. On top of this come three customer cars with high-calibre driver line-ups.

Castle Combe action days

There are just 50 days to go until the Forge Motorsport Summer Performance Car Action Day at Castle Combe Circuit, on Saturday September 10th. And it’s all geared up to be a massive packed paddock and track action event – with almost 1,000 performance cars already booked in from over 60 car clubs and a raft of new big name sponsors signed up.

MINI WRC Team – Rally Finland – Preview

The MINI WRC Team is aiming to get both its cars to the end of the Neste Oil Rally Finland to give its drivers valuable competitive mileage in their MINI John Cooper Works WRCs. The team has been very busy with an intensive test programme since its World Rally Championship debut two months ago, and it now heads north for the next event on its 2011 agenda on the 28th/29th/30th July. Dani Sordo (ES) and Carlos del Barrio (ES) will again be driving the number 37 MINI, while Kris Meeke (GB) and Paul Nagle (IR) will be in the number 52 car.
