Kick Energy rally driver Mark James was in action last weekend when he competed in the ninth running of three-day Oris Rallye Clasico Isla Mallorca held on the popular Balearic Isle whereby he came away with a top ten result.
After contesting the event in Global Brands CEO Steve Perez’s Lancia Stratos and Porsche 911 over the past two years, Mark, from Sheffield and co driver Matt Frolish enjoyed a trouble-free run in Mark’s own 1985 Ferrari 328 to record a fine 10th place overall in the Regularity section. Read More »
Kick Energy rally driver Steve Perez returned to the forests behind the wheel of his Ford Focus WRC for the first time in a year and came away from this weekend’s Malcolm Wilson Rally with a battling fourth place finish.
The Kick Energy Rally Team enjoyed a successful 60th edition of the world famous KCB Safari Rally when Simon Sharpe set times good enough for a top five overall finish in his supercharged Platz hybrid whilst Peter Horsey recovered from loosing time early on to end the three day rally fifth overall at the wheel of a Mitsubishi Evo X.
Kick Energy rally driver Steve Perez just missed out on a deserved podium when he recorded a battling fourth place finish on SOL Rally Barbados at the weekend.


Simon Sharpe and co-driver Crispin Kennedy powered their Kick Energy Platz hybrid to their second consecutive victory of the 2012 Kenyan Rally Raid Championship over the weekend. The pair ended the two day event almost 23 minutes ahead of the Ian Duncan/ Andrew Pleasance combination in a Nissan Patrol.

Kick Energy scored a double podium during the second round of the Kenyan National Autocross Championship when Zane Young finished second in the Quad category and Geoff Mayes finished third in the rally car class at last weekends meeting at Jamhuri Park in Nairobi.
Kick Energy enjoyed a successful weekend in Suswa when their two quad riders, Zane Young and Geoff Mayes, both brought their racing quad bikes back to the finish to take second and fourth overall respectively. This was the first time that Geoff had ever ridden a quad and faced a steep learning curve on the technical route.
