erard-bulldog09The First round of the British Historic Rally Championship was the Bulldog Rally on Saturday 28th March. Stefaan Stouf & Joris Erard started the rally with the Ford Escort RS1600 BDA.

Coys returns to the top flight at the MG Car Club’s Silverstone event on 10-12 July 2009 with Live Auction Feature.

31 March 2009. Coys, the London-based motoring auction house has secured exclusive headline sponsorship of MGLive!, the MG Car Club’s premier motor racing weekend to be held on 10-12 July 2009.

Formerly well-known for its Silverstone Festival, Coys expressed delight at returning to the venue for their first major auction of the summer. Included in the sponsorship will be two endurance races lasting 55 minutes each, one on the Saturday, the other on the Sunday. Read More »

a1gp-mexico-circuitA1GP World Cup of Motorsport has been given FIA approval to hold A1GP Mexico City, Mexico on the weekend of the 22-24 May 2009, thus making this the eighth and final round of Season Four.

This popular event, which has been included on the A1GP calendar since Season Two, has never before been the series decider. After receiving the news A1GP CEO, Pete da Silva, said:  “It is very important for the series to go back to Mexico City, especially as it won the award for being the best run event of Season Three. The fans have always given us a warm welcome, and it will be great to let them witness the finale of what has been a very exciting first season for the A1GP Powered by Ferrari cars.” Read More »
