On Saturday 28th January, Barrie “Whizzo” Williams will be guest speaker at an evening hosted by the National Motor Museum, Beaulieu. Not to be missed, Barrie will be entertaining his audience recounting tales from his incredible 50 year career in historic and classic motor sport.

Barrie’s racing career started in 1957 and, to date, he has driven in over 1,500 races and rallies. He was the first person ever to win an international rally in a Cooper S in 1964, and achieved a win in his first Formula 3 race at Silverstone three years later. Read More »

Organisers from Tour Britannia will be on hand at Autosport International (12/13 January 2012) to meet prospective entrants as Britain’s only classic race and rally tour heads for its biggest entry to date.
 
Event director Alec Poole will be hand during Thursday and Friday of the show and will be based with the Historic Sports Car Club (stand 6700 in Hall 6), where he will be available to chat with anyone interested in the event as well as give updates to regular competitors. Read More »
