The world famous British World Rally Championship round, Wales Rally GB, will see a new face line-up alongside the World’s greatest rally drivers, the face being that of Rally Team GB Facebook competition winner, Scott Larder. Scott, who is bizarrely a Welsh man himself, found his way through to the winning position from a whopping 6000 entrants. This now means that Scott will be given everything he needs to compete, including an MSA National B Rally License to contest the National part of Wales Rally GB. Read More »

Next year’s Donington Historic Festival of motor racing which celebrates the past six decades will expand to three days, following the outstanding success of the event in its first two years. The Festival will take place at the East Midlands venue over the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the Bank Holiday weekend, May 3rd to 5th 2013.

“There are many reasons for adding an extra day to the action,” said Duncan Wiltshire of Historic Promotions, which organises the Festival in partnership with Donington Park circuit. Read More »

Ahead of the Italian Grand Prix weekend, Casio hosted a quiz-based launch for the EQS-A500RB, the latest Limited Edition EDIFICE watch built in partnership with Red Bull Racing.

Sebastian Vettel, Red Bull Racing’s double F1™ World Champion, Team Principal Christian Horner, and former Formula One drivers Martin Brundle and Johnny Herbert all participated in the ‘Speed and Intelligence’ quiz, designed to test the contestants’ knowledge of their sport. Hosted by comedian Tom Goodliffe, the quiz consisted of a multitude of challenges from an audio test to a cards round.
