With just days to go before the Zoom VIP reception and auction Formula One from Behind The Scenes, former Racing Driver, Team Owner and current F1 broadcaster Eddie Jordan has been confirmed as host of the inaugural event, which takes place this Friday, 14th September.

Zoom is an innovative new project in aid of the renowned Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSHCC), which involves leading names from the world of Formula One putting their photography skills to the test. The drivers and team principals of every F1 team were asked to take a photograph of their chosen subject – the incredible range of images received demonstrates the extraordinary personalities and passions unique to the sport. This weekend the world’s most popular historic race meeting, the Goodwood Revival, will celebrate 50 years of the Ford Cortina with a display of some rare Mark I models outside the RAC Earls Court exhibition.

The Cortina was Britain’s best-selling car for 10 of the 20 years it was on sale* and laid the foundation for later generations of successful Ford family cars.  A total of 2.8m Cortinas were sold in the UK, from launch in 1962. Read More »
