The Great South American Challenge, organised by H&H Classic Rallies, crossed the finishing line in Ushuaia – the world’s most southerly town – after 14,500 gruelling kilometres of action, triumph and adventure, stretching from Rio de Janeiro to the very tip of the world.

The start on 14 February was organised to coincide with the end of the greatest show on earth –  the 2013 Rio Carnival – when 29 cars, from Austin to Vauxhall, with participants from Australia to the USA, set out on the adventure of a lifetime. Read More »

Renault UK will continue its partnership with the MSA British Rally Championship in 2013, supporting the Twingo Renaultsport Trophy UK (Twingo Trophy) and as official vehicle suppler to the BRC.

The Twingo R1 Trophy UK has attracted new competitors for this season in the form of total BRC newcomers Harry Threlfall and Benjamyn McKay, ably co-driven by Andy Bull and Jason McKay respectively. They will fight it out for a fantastic prize-drive on the final round of the French Rally Championship along with the battle for the British Junior Rally Championship crown. Read More »

A 1903 Mercedes 60, contemporary to cars that ran in the original Paris-Madrid race in the same year, is to be the first car flagged off on the re-run of this great event on 24 May.

Starting at the Trianon Hotel, Versailles, Paris, the Mercedes belonging to Tim Scott will head a field of 50 cars on their 800-mile journey from Paris to Madrid.

Flag-off will be at 6.30am on the 24th, when spectators will be welcome. The route will be published on the H&H Classic Rallies website, for spectators wishing to see the cars in action. Read More »
