rs13_sunprev01Stourbridge rally driver Richard Sykes is aiming to finish his rally season with a flourish at the weekend when he contests the final round of the BRC Challenge championship, the Sunseeker Challenge rally.

Sykes finished second on the last round in Yorkshire in his Bathams Brewery, Boroughbridge Marina, Silverstone Tyres and G I Sykes-supported Citroën C2 R2 Max and he heads to the Poole-based event still in with a chance of retaining the championship crown he won last year although he is relying on the current leader having a bad event. Enzo Guibbert Euroformula LedenonWhen he made pole position in the qualifying session reserved for “Pro” drivers, Enzo Guibbert, the “Volant Euroformula” 2012, set the path for a great performance in the second race. The young Enzo Guibbert would hold on to first place from the start and throughout his relay until he handed the wheel of his Porsche 997 GT3-R supplied by the Pro GT team to co-driver Eric Dermont with a five second lead on his nearest rival. He also took the record lap and it is safe to say the “Volant Euroformula” was the main topic of conversation!
