The Simms Medal is only awarded in years when the Royal Automobile Club’s Technical Committee deems there have been contenders of sufficient merit. Sara Williams Oct15aWelsh rally driver Sara Williams has been nominated to join 17 fellow female drivers and co-drivers to participate in a special cross country rally project, run by Qatar Motor and Motorcycling Federation in conjunction with the FIA Women in Motorsport Commission. Sara is one of nine drivers selected from across the world for the special course, which offers one driver and co-driver the chance to take part in the 2016 Sealine Cross Country Rally. BHRC16 DatesThe dates for the 2016 MSA British Historic Rally Championship have been confirmed, with an eight-event schedule covering six gravel and two asphalt rallies.

The Roger Albert Clark Rally Motor Club is promoting the MSA BHRC under a five-year contract and 2016 will be the second year of that agreement. Read More »
