With the 10th biennial Grand Prix de Monaco Historique just a few days away (May 13-15, 2016), the excitement is building as key event partner Credit Suisse announces a number of engaging media opportunities for all attending journalists and photographers accredited by the Automobile Club de Monaco (ACM).

The opportunities kick off at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, May 13 with a Media Breakfast at the Credit Suisse Drivers Club, immediately followed at 9:30 a.m. by the consistently popular Credit Suisse Historic Racing Forum within the Credit Suisse Drivers Club, for media accredited by the ACM. The Historic Racing Forum will bring together a captivating group of panelists to discuss ‘Manufacturers versus Privateers: The Battle for Motorsport Supremacy.’

Credit Suisse is delighted to confirm the panelists participating in the Forum. These will include three-time Monaco Grand Prix winner and racing legend Sir Stirling Moss OBE, Italian former Formula 1 driver and five-time Le Mans 24-hour winner Emanuele Pirro, Grand Prix and Le Mans winner Jochen Mass, TV presenter and World Sportscar Championship race winner Alain de Cadenet, and veteran racer and RML team owner Ray Mallock. Motorsport writer and broadcaster, Henry Hope-Frost, will once again moderate the panel.

After the ‘Manufacturers versus Privateers: The Battle for Motorsport Supremacy’ Forum discussion, a short photographic opportunity with the panelists will take place in the Credit Suisse Drivers Club at 10:35 a.m. Following this, at 10:45 a.m., Sir Stirling Moss will be reunited with his 1956 Monaco GP-winning Maserati 250F in the paddock, 60 years after his maiden win in the Monaco Grand Prix. Ahead of a photocall, Henry Hope-Frost will conduct a brief interview with Sir Stirling looking back on the great man’s memories of the famous win.

On Saturday at 11:30 a.m., Sir Stirling Moss will discuss his 1961 Monaco win in the Lotus 18 with Henry Hope-Frost in the paddock, ending with the signing of a special artwork of the car depicting Sir Stirling on his way to victory. At 3:50 p.m., the British racing legend will exclusively come to the Media Center and be interviewed by Henry Hope-Frost to discuss in more detail his 1961 victory in the iconic Lotus 18.

Based on the success of its Photo Contest at Goodwood Revival and the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique over the past few years, Credit Suisse will once again be inviting ACM-accredited photographers and media at this year’s event to take part. Prizes will be given for the best image submitted for each of the Photo Contest categories at Monaco, with a trophy also being awarded to the overall winner.

The Credit Suisse Photo Contest categories for the 10th Grand Prix de Monaco Historique are:
