Aerocatch Motorbase BTCCMade public at last weekend’s BTCC round at Thruxton in the UK, was the announcement that Mat Jackson is to be the focus of a global brand awareness campaign for AeroCatch®, the world’s leading bonnet pin option.

AeroCatch® are technical partners of the Motorbase Performance BTCC squad for which Jackson drives and see this as a logical extension of their brand activities. Graham Leo, sales manager of Specialty Fasteners, the manufacturer of AeroCatch®, said of the announcement: “As AeroCatch® is now so popular around the world, we felt it was important to engage with a world class team and driver combination and Mat and Motorbase fit the bill perfectly. We’re looking forward to an exciting and competitive season.”

Apart from the AeroCatch® bonnet pin, two further models are available – AeroCatch® 2 is suited to hatch and door applications, while AeroCatch® 3 has been designed specifically for use on sports car bodies, eliminating the need for pockets in moulds.
