Cheltenham rally ace Charlie Robinson will kick start his 2017 assault on the GwynneSpeed Rally Challenge this weekend as he contests his home event, the Get it Sideways Stages at Down Ampney.

After sporadic outings in the popular single make championship for the Citroen C2’s in 2016, Robinson will now mount a campaign on the series in a bid to better his round seven win at Pembrey last season. He will be backed by aerial imaging experts Active Drone Services. Read More »

British driver Guy Wilks has confirmed he will enter all 12 rounds of the 2017 FIA World Rallycross Championship driving a Volkswagen RX Polo, with backing from LOCO Energy Drink and Karting North East.

Wilks, from Durham, is a double British Rally Champion and former WRC driver, and plans to compete in the ex-Johan Kristoffersson Supercar which helped the Swede finish runner-up in last year’s drivers’ standings. Read More »

16 year old Finlay Retson, current Junior 1000 Ecosse Challenge rally champion, took the eRally Renault Zoe rally car out for its first taste of competition at Knockhill on Sunday 26th March. The event was the Andy Wilson Memorial Autotest organised by Glenrothes Motorsport Club. Around 100 drivers from across the country will head to Dolgellau this weekend as the North Wales Rally Services – Rally North Wales welcomes a raft of top-line championships to the 1st April event.

The Wolverhampton and South Staffordshire Car Club organised rally returns to the market town once again in 2017 after two successful years in the region. With competitors tackling stages made famous by the World Rally Championship finale’ Wales Rally GB, the Dyfi and Gartheiniog forest complex will see action from crews in a wide variety of machinery during the 45 mile event.
