The vintage Bentleys dominated the Endurance Rally Association’s inaugural Baltic Classic Rally taking the three top spots in the Vintageants category. Peking to Paris European Cup winners Bill Cleyndert and Jacqui Norman added to their trophy cabinet, which also includes win of the 2015 Road to Mandalay, after holding their lead from the Copenhagen start to the Berlin finish in the 1925 Bentley 3-4½. Ravenol BTRDA Rally Series contender George Morrison got his championship season back on track last weekend, taking his MG ZR to third place in the 1400C class at the DMACK Carlisle Stages.

After suffering a devastating opening stage retirement at the Somerset Stages in April, the MG ZR pilot headed to Cumbria to re-invigorate his championship hopes in the 1400C class and duly delivered, taking his first podium spot of the season. Read More »

The 2017 Roger Albert Clark Rally will feature a transport section for the first time when the rally re-locates from Leominster in Herefordshire to Carlisle on the evening of Friday 10 November.

In what is believed to be the first time a transport section will have been used in British stage rallying, the competing cars can be loaded onto trailers for the journey following the end of the event’s inaugural Welsh leg on Friday.

The rally will re-start from Carlisle at 9am on Saturday morning, thus ensuring that all competitors and service crews can make the journey north and have an overnight break before starting day two of the rally. Read More »
