MSA Academy co-driver Phil Hall enjoyed his first taste of the Opel Adam Cup in Germany last weekend, taking twelfth spot alongside Fred Field at the ADAC Rallye Stemweder Berg.

Marking his debut overseas event with Field, Hall would head to the ultra-competitive single make championship for the very first time and would battle against over 20 rivals in identical Opel Adam’s. Renault Sport Formula One Team experienced a difficult Azerbaijan Grand Prix with retirements for both Jolyon Palmer and Nico Hülkenberg at the Baku City Circuit. Jolyon suffered from a misfire on the way to the grid and this issue worsened until his retirement at the end of lap seven. Nico was running as high as fifth in what was a highly eventful race, however he clipped the wall and broke his front right suspension on lap 25. Read More »

Thed Björk secured a double podium in the FIA WTCC Race of Portugal on the challenging street circuit Vila Real, enabling Polestar Cyan Racing to maintain the World Championship lead for manufacturers.

The four-time STCC champion has moved up to second in the drivers’ championship, just four points from the top spot. Björk finished third in the opening race and challenged race leader Norbert Michelisz in the main race for the victory, despite carrying 30 kilos more, to finish second. Read More »
