The Amigos backed Porsche Carrera Cup GB duo of George Gamble and Seb Perez kicked off their 2018 season in style, with Gamble taking an inaugural series victory in the final race at Brands Hatch last weekend (7th/8th April).

Despite only his second ever Carrera Cup race, Nottingham based Gamble stormed to victory in race two from fourth place on the grid, beating many more experienced Pro drivers in the process. Read More »

Renault Sport Formula One Team’s Nico Hülkenberg took sixth position in today’s fast-paced and strategic Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix. Nico ran as high as P4 during his two-stop strategy race, where he ran a Supersoft-Soft-Supersoft tyre strategy. Carlos Sainz was unfortunate to finish just shy of the points, crossing the line in P11.

– Nico started the race from P7 on his qualifying Supersoft (red) Pirelli tyres, pitting on lap 15 from sixth for a new set of Softs, then on lap 39 from fourth for a further set of scrubbed Supersofts.

Halfords Yuasa Racing new boy Dan Cammish drew first blood in the battle for the 2018 Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship Jack Sears Trophy at Brands Hatch today (8 April), as the new Honda Civic Type R (FK8) showed glimpses of its potential on its series debut.

Paul Rivett (Epsom Downs) and Max Coates (Scorton) shared the wins in the weekend’s opening two Renault UK Clio Cup rounds of 2018 at Brands Hatch. Rivett it is who leaves the Kent circuit with the early championship lead as the title race now heads to Donington Park in Leicestershire for its next two rounds (Sat 28/Sun 29 April).
