Competitors in two-wheel drive cars will be able to take advantage of some of the best road conditions possible at this year’s Dunoon Presents Argyll Rally as organisers have confirmed they will run at the front of the field on 23rd June.

The event will be the first in the UK to run all two-wheel drive cars at the head of the pack in a “single field” format in 2018. Read More »

Cumbrian rally driver Paul Bird made a welcome return to SOL Rally Barbados at the weekend and came away with a superb podium placing by claiming a battling third position.

Fresh from an impressive result in France, Chesterfield rally driver Rhys Yates will head to Belgium this weekend, to contest Rally van Wervik (8/9 June) as he prepares to resume his Prestone MSA British Rally Championship campaign later this month.

Yates and co-driver Elliott Edmondson have enjoyed the best possible start to their season, taking third Under 28 in the FIA European Rally Championship at the Azores Rally in March. This was then surpassed with a storming run on the opening round of the British Rally Championship, taking second overall and a career-best result for Yates in the process. Read More »

The striking Nissan Micra Kit Car of Steve Brown will be heading across the English Channel this week, as the Rochdale driver aims to get valuable points on the board in the Flanders International Rally Challenge (FIRC) at Rally van Wervik (8/9th June).

Brown endured a testing start to his 2018 campaign after the popular Nissan was side-lined just days before the start of Rallye Salamandre earlier in the year, forcing him to revert to a Historic specification Mini Cooper for the event. The FUCHS LUBRICANTS MSA British Historic Rally Championship resumes with round three on the ATL Carlisle Stages (Friday/Saturday 8/9 June) as the championship contenders head back to the daunting challenge of the Kielder forest complex.

As well as being the third of eight BHRC rounds, the ATL Carlisle Stages is also the third round of the BHRC Forest Challenge, supported by Rally and Competition Equipment, and the new BHRC2, supported by Sherwood Engines.
