Tyneside Stages Rally

Fantastic weather conditions bathed the Otterburn ranges for the Tyneside Stages Rally. Peter Taylor & Andrew Roughead (Fiesta WRC) were car 1 and they utterly dominated the event, going fastest on all 12 stages and taking victory by over 2 minutes. Rory Young & Allan Cathers (Fiesta R5) were 2nd fastest on all 12 stages so took a deserved runners up place with Gordon Morrison & Calum MacPherson (Impreza) a further 50 seconds back, in third place. 1st 2WD crew home and a superb 4th overall were Ross Brusby & Sam Collis (Escort MkII) just 23s off a podium place.
