Amigos Team Parker Racing driver Seb Perez enjoyed “one of the best” drives of his career to win the ProAm category of both Porsche Carrera Cup races at Knockhill Race Circuit last weekend (25/26th August), taking the series lead in the process.

The French pair of Raphael Astier and Frédéric Vauclaire, driving for Team Milano Racing in the Abarth 124 rally, have won the FIA R-GT world championship with a race to spare after their victory in the Czech Republic in the Barum Czech Rally Zlìn – the fourth event in the series, also valid for the European Championship. Truly grim weather conditions blighted the Epynt military ranges for the Mewla rally, for the penultimate round of the Protyre MSA Asphalt Championship. Jason Pritchard & Phil Clarke (Focus WRC) set the fastest stage times on the first loop of 3 stages and it proved to be a lead they never relinquished. Damian Cole & Jamie Edwards (Fiesta WRC) did keep Pritchard honest with two fastest stage times on the next loop of 3 but with only a handful of seconds separating their stage times for the rest of the event, the initial 17s lead became a 26s victory. It is a tough fight to survive in rally sport, not getting to Rally Finland hurt and it was one hell of a job to make it to WRC Rally Germany, but we did make it, thanks to amazing support.

We reached out to lots of potential sponsors and we also launched a crowdfunding campaign to give the public a chance to support if they wanted to.
