Rallynuts Stages Rally – Event postponed

Midland Manor Motor Club regret to announce the 2020 Rallynuts Stages Rally, planned for the 18th April will be postponed following the latest directive from the sport’s governing body, Motorsport UK who have suspended all organising permits with immediate effect due to the Covid-19 situation.

Payne-perfection for EDSL Sport in Cumbria

Junior F1000 Rally Championship graduate Elliot Payne stamped his mark on the BTRDA Rally Series R2 Cup last weekend, by securing victory in his EDSL Sport MK8 1.0litre EcoBoost Ford Fiesta R2T at the Malcolm Wilson Rally in Cumbria (14th March).

Payne stormed from sixth place in the hotly contested category after the opening stage, to take the win by over ten seconds from his nearest rival on only his second ever “senior” event in the M-Sport machine.

The Fuchs Lubricants British Historic Rally Championship [BHRC] will provisionally start in June, after the sports governing body, Motorsport UK, announced a countrywide ban on the issue of organising permits due to the spread of the Covid-19 virus on Tuesday (17th March).
