Under the spectre of covid-19 the MSN Circuit Rally Championship finally started on the Dukeries Rally, behind closed doors at Donington Park. A simplified format saw just 6 stages, split into 3 pairs of stage layouts, totalling just over 50 stage miles. Frank Bird & Jack Morton (Focus WRC) continued their form from March and dominated the event going joint fastest on the opening stage, before setting fastest time on all 5 remaining stages. Their winning margin was 35s in the end.

Joint fastest on the opening stage with Bird were Mark Kelly & Neil Colman (Fiesta R5) and they were consistently the best of the rest on the other 5 stages and finished 28s ahead of Ollie Mellors & Max Freeman (Iriz R5). First 2WD crew home were Dane Walker & Dave Boyes (Escort MkII) down in 12th place overall.
