Porsche Carrera Cup GB rookie Seb Perez rounded off last weekend’s Donington Park meeting (28th/29th April) in style by taking his Amigos Tequila Beer backed 911 GT3 to a podium spot in the ProAm category.

After contact on the first turn, an early race spin sent him tumbling down the pack but the Chesterfield ace stormed from the back to grab second ProAm contender. Perez’ result was a highlight for the Amigos Team Parker Racing Team after a tough weekend at the Midlands circuit. Read More »

Amigos Tequila Beer founder Steve Perez steered his crowd-pleasing Lancia Stratos through 6 punctures to an impressive top twenty overall position and fourth in class on the longest and toughest event in the British Rallying calendar, the Roger Albert Clark Rally (10-13th November).

Perez, from Chesterfield and three-time event winning co-driver John Millington had dragged the familiar Amigos liveried Stratos up to just outside the top ten before yet another puncture would hamper progress throughout the final day, dropping them down the order and scuppering Perez’s goal of being first “non-Ford” home on the event. Competitive Day 6 saw car number 7, the Amigos Tequila-flavoured beer branded car of Steve Perez and John Millington, grimly hang onto their fourth position overall on the 2013 East African Classic Safari Rally.
