The 2013 MSA British Rally Championship Awards Ceremony, affectionately known as The BRC Bash, scored another resounding success in Manchester at the weekend, honouring winners from the BRC and its support series the NGK Spark Plugs BRC Challenge.

The black tie event was hosted once again by John Horton, familiar to followers of the BRC as the host at the start and finish ceremonies of most of the series’ rallies. He shared the microphone with Championship Manager Mark Taylor, who took the opportunity to thank sponsors, events, marshals and of course competitors for making the 2013 season so successful. For the first time, MSA British Rally Championship awards evening tickets will be available for rally and motorsport fans as well as competitors, teams, sponsors and officials.

The prestigious awards ceremony, (affectionately known as the BRC Bash), will be held on Saturday 9th November at the Hallmark Hotel, Manchester.

The annual MSA British Rally Championship awards night, affectionately known as “The BRC Bash”, took place on Saturday (17th Nov) at the Manchester Hallmark Hotel and was universally hailed as a great success.

Following the stipulated seven days following final publication, the classifications for the 2012 MSA British Rally Championship (BRC) and the NGK Spark Plugs BRC Challenge (BRCC) are now final.

Keith Cronin and Marshall Clark are the indisputable BRC victors with a third title for the Irishman, while Citroën UK are declared champion manufacturers and Richard Sykes with Simon Taylor take their first ever major UK rally crown with their BRCC title.

There are plenty of other award winners throughout the classes & single makes and although all the battles are now over on the stages, there are some major awards still to be decided. Read More »

The MSA British Rally Championship awards ceremony, The BRC Bash, returns to its Manchester Hallmark Hotel location in 2012. The event maintains its Saturday night format, this year on the 17th November.

The successful format and ticket prices remain unchanged, with a black tie dinner interspersed with awards and the fantastic Greenlight TV footage from the season. Registrations for the MSA British Rally Championship are now officially open.

The regulations for the 2010 season have been online for a while now, but competitors and teams can now fill in their forms electronically then post or email them direct to championship office.

In advance of the MSA British Rally Championship’s open day, taking place at the Sweetlamb Rally Complex on Friday 9th October, the British Isles’ premier Rally Championship can now confirm its 2010 calendar of events.

The International status rallies, which form the six round season, have attracted other Championships too, underlining their quality and popularity by hosting rounds of the MSA British Historic, Scottish, Welsh and English Rally Championships.

The British Rally Championship is still keeping an eye on other rallies too; looking for a seventh event, but in the current financial climate has opted to delay the inclusion of another event until at least 2011. Read More »
