WorldRX16 OlsbergsOlsbergs MSE has a brand new driver line-up for the 2016 FIA World Rallycross Championship presented by Monster Energy: Kevin Eriksson and Niclas Gronholm.  The drivers will pilot a pair of Olsbergs MSE-built Fiesta RX Supercars for the Swedish-based squad.  Two-time WRC Champion Marcus Gronholm (father of Niclas) will join Olsbergs MSE as the team’s general manager. World RX14 ArgentinaPetter Solberg has ended his title-winning season in style by winning the closing round of the FIA World Rallycross Championship presented by Monster Energy in San Luis, Argentina.  Ford Olsbergs MSE won a three-way battle for the Teams’ Championship as team-mates Reinis Nitiss and Andreas Bakkerud finished second and sixth respectively.  RX Lites Cup winner Kevin Eriksson drove spectacularly on his Supercar debut to clinch third. World RX14 teamsThe three-way battle for the Teams’ Trophy in the FIA World Rallycross Championship presented by Monster Energy will be concluded at Total Rallycross of Argentina later this week (28-29 November) with Volkswagen Marklund Motorsport, Ford Olsbergs MSE and Team Peugeot-Hansen all vying for the title.  The runners-up spot in the Drivers’ Championship will also be decided with three pilots – Topi Heikkinen, Reinis Nitiss and Timmy Hansen – all still capable of winning the accolade.
