Kumho Donegal15aGarry Jennings achieved a sensational overall victory on last weekend’s Joule Donegal International Rally (June 19-21), using his Kumho-shod Subaru S12B to beat Declan Boyle’s Ford Fiesta WRC into second place by no less than 1 minute 7.1 seconds. This is the second time 2013 Irish Rally Champion Jennings has won the island’s premier event in the last four years.
