Last weekend celebrated the 25th anniversary of Goodwood’s Festival Of Speed. Possibly the biggest highlight on the automotive calendar for manufacturers, drivers, enthusiasts and petrol heads alike. The Goodwood estate, situated in West Sussex and the seat of the Duke of Richmond, plays host to a 300,000 plus crowd across four days of motorsport and car culture celebrations. Not to mention the whole event is live streamed worldwide to millions of viewers.

Baggsy returned for his third consecutive year at Festival Of Speed. His weapon of choice, the fire breathing 1200hp #LSXR35. Baggsy was also joined in his rig by fellow Monster Energy athletes, Nicolas Hamilton, Vaughn Gittin JR and Liam Doran. Read More »

The past weekend saw another instalment of the world famous Gatebil Festival. set in the picturesque Rakkestad, Norway. Rudskogen Motorsenter played host to a 50,000 strong crowd of motorsport fanatics, and three days of petrol fuelled madness.

Baggsy and his #S13V8 were joined by fellow Monster Energy teammates, Luke Woodham, Sultan Al-Qassimi, Dmitriy Illyuk and Rick Van Goethem. The festival see’s three solid days of drifting and track action, along with after track parties, trade village and more. Goodwood and Porsche are delighted to today announce that Porsche will be the honoured marque at this year’s Festival of Speed, presented by Mastercard (12 – 15 July). Porsche cars will adorn the world-renowned Central Feature for the third time in the manufacturer’s long relationship with Goodwood. • The One-of-a-Kind Mono supercar with BAC Test Driver Oliver Webb at the wheel surged to an impressive time of 49.54 seconds – beating its nearest rival by almost half a second

What started as a bit of a crazy idea, very quickly became reality. That idea being, to take the ultimate Japanese import, the Nissan R35 GTR and rework it like never before. Many would loose their minds at the thought of taking the R35’s iconic VR38 V6 Twin Turbo and replacing it with a completely different engine and drivetrain. But for Baggsy it made perfect sense to transplant a Chevrolet LSX 454 V8 into the R35, and then some. This was not just a simple task of getting a car ‘Drift’ ready, this was a complete ground up build, reworking every part of the original car from top to bottom. Oh and all this happened in just three months.

The Ferrari 125 S, the first car to wear the iconic Ferrari badge, was the star of the Goodwood Festival of Speed’s tribute to Ferrari’s 70th Anniversary as it took to the famed hillclimb alongside the latest Ferrari, the very limited edition LaFerrari Aperta. The two cars were the lead cars in a special Ferrari-only parade of 70 cars which included an incredible array of significant and historic road and race cars, including many championship winning single seaters from the Scuderia Ferrari’s illustrious history.
