EDSL Sport will head to the final round of this years British Rally Championship armed with some of the best Junior drivers in the series, as Marty Gallagher and James Williams pilot the firm’s Ford Fiesta R2T’s at the Armstrong Galloway Hills Rally (14th September).

The Scottish event marks the season finale and both Gallagher and Williams will be heading to the Dalbeattie based rally with an eye on two very different prizes. Despite being team-mates, Gallagher has his sights set on his first JBRC win since 2017, whilst Williams will have the opportunity to scoop €60,000 prize from M-Sport and Pirelli towards a season in the 2020 FIA Junior World Rally Championship. Nineteen-year-old Blairgowrie rally driver Finlay Retson will head to the 2019 British Rally Championship finale in a “relaxed mood” as he contests his home round of the series, the Armstrong Galloway Hills Rally (14th September).

Retson has endured a season of mixed fortunes behind the wheel of his M-Sport Fiesta R2 MK8 with flashes of brilliance and career-best podiums, mixed with bad luck and non-finishes. Read More »
