Tour Ireland readyNick and Harry Whale will lead the Tour Ireland field away from Llandudno on Wednesday morning (13 May) at the start of Tour Ireland.

The three-day classic race and rally tour takes in two races at Anglesey and two races at Mondello as well as asphalt special stages either side of the Irish Sea. Never before have competitors raced in the UK and the Republic of Ireland on the same day. A new partnership between Tour Britannia and Stand 21 will offer competitors a special deal on HANS devices and other items of race wear for Tour Ireland, the Irish edition of Tour Britannia (13-15 May).

“As we think Tour Britannia is really a nice event, we have agreed to become an official partner for the event and offer special prices on race wear and safety equipment for entrants,” said Adrien de Gail from Stand 21.

For HANS devices, Stand 21 is offering an attractive discount for all models.

Stand 21 will also prepare a special Tour Britannia collection to include race suits, boot and gloves) at a discounted price. Race suits will be made to measure and will be customisable with items like name, flag and additional embroidery to suit individual customers. Tour Britannia15 TVFor the first time in the history of Tour Britannia, the action from this year’s event will be filmed for an hour-long programme on Motors TV. Tour Ireland, the Irish edition of Tour Britannia (13-15 May), will be screened with the support of Vision Techniques and CBT (Cambridge Business Travel).
