Paul Rivett (Epsom Downs) has been confirmed as the 2018 Renault UK Clio Cup Champion after the Motor Sports Association’s National Court over-turned a stewards’ decision to disqualify him from round 16 of the season at Silverstone in September.

The National Court’s decision means that Rivett is now a four-time UK Clio Cup Champion after he previously won the title in 2002, 2004 and 2011. Read More »

After ending 2017 on a high, Dan Zelos (Dereham) has announced he will again race for the WDE Motorsport team in the Renault UK Clio Cup in 2018.

Zelos took a pair of second places – his first outright podium results in the championship – in 2017’s season finale at Brands Hatch last October. Read More »

Luke Reade (Dartford) will contest 2018’s Renault UK Clio Cup with fellow Kent-based team WDE Motorsport.

The 23-year-old becomes the second driver to commit to WDE for the forthcoming season after Sam Osborne (Worksop) also confirmed his place in the team. He will again be sponsored by Wera Tools, JD Fire Services, The Green Group and Alex Reade Motorsport. Read More »

Sam Osborne (Worksop) will contest a second full Renault UK Clio Cup season in 2018 with the team he switched to for 2017’s final rounds – WDE Motorsport.

Osborne showed real flashes of speed in 2017 with a best race result of fifth at Donington Park, a fastest lap at Oulton Park and 12th in the final standings. Read More »
