Critérium du Dauphiné

It was now our 3rd Dauphiné and what an absolute cracker it proved to be. Stage 1 saw an audacious move by Peter Kennaugh (Sky) in the final few kilometres leap from the peleton to take victory and the maillot jaune. He held on to this after stage 2 which came down to a sprint, won by Nacer Bouhanni (Cofidis). Next up was the team time trial and Rohan Dennis (BMC) took over the yellow jersey after a dominant with in the team time trial. Bouhanni took stage win number 2, on stage 4, as Dennis kept yellow.
