The Fuchs Lubricants British Historic Rally Championship [BHRC] will not go ahead in 2020, after the cancellation of the Trackrod Rally Yorkshire has forced promotors, the Roger Albert Clark Rally Motor Club, to cancel the series this season which has been blighted by the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The BHRC was set to expand to eight rounds this year, with the new-look calendar offering competitors five forest and three asphalt rounds, kicking off with the now traditional Rally North Wales in March. Read More »

France’s Jonathan Pailler scored a debut win in round three of the FIA World Rallycross Championship’s Esports Series at Holjes-Sweden (28 June) as Timmy Hansen moved into the points lead.

Pailler, the European Rallycross Championship driver, joined the World RX Esports event run on DiRT Rally 2.0™ in partnership with Esports specialist Motorsport Games, and DiRT video game publisher Codemasters, for the first time in the Swedish round and delivered fast pace throughout qualifying. Sixty and Worcestershire Motor Club regret to announce the Eventsigns Woodpecker Stages Rally, scheduled to run on 5th September 2020 will not go ahead due to uncertainties surrounding the Coronavirus pandemic.

The Ludlow based event is a qualifying round of a host of national championships including the MRF Tyres BTRDA Rally Series, Pirelli Motorsport UK Welsh Rally Championship and Seacon UK English Rally Championship and is regarded as one of the most popular events on the British rallying calendar.
